Is the plastic used Reef Safe?

• Yes it is!  We use PETG filament, which is reef safe.  The filament we use are made from 100% virgin PETG.  PETG is FDA approved for food containers and tools used for food consumption.

What is our typical turn around time?

• Many of our items are printed to order.   Typical production time is 2-3 days.  We print in the order we receive the orders and ship daily.

 Are we Reef Keepers?

• Umm... YES!  Why wouldn't we??  We have been in the reef hobby for over 6 years and 3d printing for 5

Where are you located?

• We are based in NC, USA.

How long does it take to make an item?

• It is a slow and tedious process.  The measuring, design, prototyping and testing takes hours and sometimes days with many revisions.  Once a products is finished it takes 1-2 hours for a small item and up to 6-8 hours for some of our larger items to print.  There are ways to shorten print time but we feel strongly that our quality does not suffer.
